小蝌蚪APP Libraries Art Galleries presents Jazz Art Writers South Festival, 鈥淛AWS FEST,鈥� to be held this month through June 29. The events are free and open to the public. There will be a host of musicians and artists showcasing their talent during the festival including Rick Diamond, 鈥淧hotographer to the Stars.鈥�

The JAWS FEST kicked off the festival with an art exhibit in celebration of Jazz music by 鈥淭he Jazz Studio鈥� along with a meet and greet reception at the Mary Elizabeth and Charles Bernard Rodning Gallery of Art and Gallery Hall in the USA Marx Library. This was a Jazz performance in visual art form.

鈥淲e are excited to present this annual event for the entire community to enjoy,鈥� said USA Marx Libraries Outreach and Communications Librarian Paula Webb. 鈥淲e are hosting several events and the closing celebration will include a free concert by the historic Excelsior Band at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 29. This will be a one-of-a-kind Jazz experience, and we look forward to having everyone join us.鈥�
